Yes. Our software fully complies with the requirements and includes an advanced, innovative mobile app for both employees and managers, ensuring accurate reporting and oversight.

Can the system calculate overtime hours?

Absolutely. The Clock2Go system allows you to configure overtime rules based on your organization’s labor agreements.


For example: after 9 hours of work, the system will automatically calculate two hours at 125% and additional hours at 150%. All settings can be fully customized to match your company’s agreements.

Does the system recognize holidays and special dates?

Yes. The system automatically includes calendars with all Israeli holidays and sector-specific events. Calendars are updated every year automatically. Each holiday, eve of holiday, or special date can be assigned with relevant agreement rules, which are then applied automatically in the system’s reports. You can also add company events (such as staff days) and pre-define special rules for them.

What if I have multiple employee contracts in my company?

No problem. You can create multiple labor agreements with different settings and assign them individually to each employee.

Can the system calculate overtime on a weekly basis?

Yes. Agreements can be defined for daily, weekly, or combined overtime rules, according to your company’s needs.

Do I need to reconfigure contracts every month?

Not at all. Once the initial setup is complete, everything runs automatically. With a single click, you can export the updated monthly reports.

What reports can I generate with the system?
