The system sends email or SMS alerts to the employee and the manager and covers the following rules:

• Prohibition on working more than 12 hours per day
• Prohibition on working 7 consecutive days
• 8 hours of rest required between shifts
• Limit of 15 overtime hours per week
• Holiday eve shifts limited to 7 hours
• Prohibition on employing an employee on a fourth consecutive Sabbath
